Boot repair shop

I thought I would have to throw my expensive boots away because I had let them wear down so badly. The heel was almost to the sole on the corners. Matthew reassured me and then did the most AMAZING job.They are now like brand new! I can't believe it.Great service, great price and great quality.Thanks SO much Matthew.

I cannot recommend Jeff enough. He is so nice and his work is impeccable. He put soles on my white and black hermes sandals. Ill be heading in to get my jimmy choo pumps soled soon too. So happy to have an amazing cobbler close to home. Thankyou Jeff!

Bought a pair of boots a month ago and with in weeks a damage was identified.I liaised directly with RM Williams as this is not a new sale and didn’t expect store staff to be enthusiastic.After couple of weeks got an email from Customer service stating replacement can be done in the local store (Claremont).Went to the store only to realise the replacement pair is not ready and will have to wait another 2 weeks. Store had one job that was to arrange the replacement pair as per the email from customer service and they failed at it.Great brand but really disappointed with the service for the premium price.

Helped change my remote for my old car, problem solved and persisted to get the code for the immobiliser and then on programming the new one despite it not seeming to work. Fantastic friendly service, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I misplaced my car key while out shopping with my young son today and have been frantically searching for it without any success. The building staff recommended Mister Minit Cockburn - the staff there were extremely helpful and reassuring and fortunately they have the exact same remote key in stock and they could program a new key for me (in less than an hour!). Not only they have saved me a lot of hassle, turns out a lot cheaper than having the car dealer replace the key (not including the costs for towing the car!). Thank you very much, Mister Minit Cockburn! I'm extremely grateful for your assistance today, and I can't thank you enough for saving my day.
